Full Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and claim promotional prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions of offer. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer only applies to “eligible customers/trading names” who meet the conditions of all the terms below.
  2. Subject to these terms, Infrabuild Wire Pty Ltd ABN 59 000 010 873 (Waratah) offers to provide via redemption any eligible customer one (1) Sennheiser HD Headphones (RRP $319) for the first $8,500 or more (incl. GST) spent on ‘Eligible Waratah Products’ purchased in any one (1) transaction during the promotion period.
  3. Each eligible customer/trading name shall be entitled to one (1) entry into the promotion only. If Waratah deems an entrant to have made multiple applications to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the promotion, the entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and consequently ineligible to redeem the promotional prize, as defined below. Offer is only open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years. Employees of the promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to Waratah’s distributors/resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible.
  4. This offer only applies to purchases of the Eligible Waratah products and made from 26 August 2024 to 27 September 2024 (inclusive – the “promotion period”) at an Elders® outlet. This offer is not available to any customer who purchases Waratah products for resale to any other person. Any customer who purchases Waratah products from an Elders outlet for which a refund is subsequently given (other than due to a defect in materials or workmanship) will not be eligible to receive promotional gifts.
  5. This offer only applies to ‘eligible Waratah products’. The following products are excluded from the promotion: Infrabuild Black Star® posts, Roofsafe, Made to Order (MTO) products.
  6. Customers with Eligible Waratah product purchases must complete an online claim form at www.waratahfencing.com.au/elders-spring-2024 and together with an invoice as proof of purchase, carry out the instructions stated on the claim form. The claim form must be completed by no later than 4:00pm (AEST) on, 4th October 2024. Only electronic invoices that clearly state the name of the supplier of the Eligible Waratah Products, the customer’s name, an invoice number, the quantity and price of the Eligible Waratah Products purchased and the date of purchase of such products will be accepted as proof of purchase (incomplete or incorrect forms or invoices will result in delays). Hand written invoices WILL NOT be accepted as proof of purchase. Waratah reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase or to verify any purchase directly with the supplier.
    1.  For a claim to be valid, eligible claimants must upload a scanned copy of the original purchase receipt prior to submitting the Online Claim Form. Only uploaded invoices will be accepted.
    2. The Promoter recommends that Eligible Customers retain their original purchase receipt for their records
  7. Subject to these terms, Waratah will deliver eligible prizes to approved customers’ Elders distributor outlets. Prizes will not be posted to PO Boxes or home addresses.
  8.  Subject to compliance with these terms, promotional prizes will be distributed to Elders Outlet stores via mail no later than 30 November 2024 and Customers will be notified by Elders stores to pick up their promotional item. Incomplete or incorrect forms or invoices will result in a delay of claim validation and prize postage.
  9.  In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Waratah’s control, Waratah may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Waratah reserves the right, at any time, to modify these terms, verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and to disqualify any customer who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Other conditions may apply.
